Welcome to Tim Millers page
I have experienced life-transformation while serving over the years in nearly every musical and technical role (except drums!) in churches ranging from a small start-up through overseeing all creative arts aspects as the Worship Arts Pastor at my current multi-site location. Besides the wonder of leading congregational worship as we embrace Jesus, I find joy in helping leaders and their teams work through their own times of transition to become more effectively fruitful. As we journey to the Lord's throne, there's always something new to discover - in Him, in myself, and in one another. Learn more about me

HALAL: I will boast in the Lord my God This Hebrew word for praise, (pronounced haw-lal’), is a word that combines one’s mind and heart through a physical expression. It incorporates the head because it requires an awareness of the Lord and His works. A person “halal-ing” the Lord is declaring what God has done [...]

Read Part 1. The trouble started out when I sat down with my worship leadership team to do an honest assessment of how our teams could improve and better handle transition, increase flexability, and provide ministry opportunities. We discovered that the arrangements created by the set teams had become pretty stale. What we assumed to [...]
